Rally Outside

Terms

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of Rally Outside ("Rally"). By using Rally you agree to them. Questions: support@rallyoutside.com.

You're 18 or older

Rally is for adults. To use it, you must be 18 or older, and you confirm that when you sign up. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we'll close it.

You decide whether to go

Being outside carries real risk. Rally's conditions come from public sources such as the National Weather Service, NOAA and AirNow, and can be late, wrong or missing. A line that says a day looks good is information, not a promise that it's safe. Check the conditions yourself, know your limits, and turn back when it's right to.

Back by is a backup, not an emergency service

Back by sends a text to the person you chose if you don't check in by your time. Texts can be delayed or not delivered, and Rally doesn't contact emergency services. In an emergency, call 911.

Being with people

What's yours

Your words and photos stay yours. You let Rally store them and show them to the people you share them with, so the app can work. A photo you delete from a shared album is gone for everyone in it, and deleting your account takes out all of your photos. When you delete something, that permission ends, except for copies someone already saved or screenshotted, which Rally can't pull back.

Back-by text messages

Changes and ending

Rally may change or end features. If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using Rally and delete your account at any time.
